Made with Chamomile, Withania and Hops, Kiwiherb Bedtime Bliss soothes and settles hyper or restless children. It helps them get a good night’s sleep. This easy-to-take liquid has a delicious natural, strawberry flavour that children love. It’s also alcohol-free.
Bedtime Bliss can be given undiluted or added to your child's drink. Give one to two doses an hour before bed. It is also safe to repeat one dose during the night if your child wakes.

Chamomile - Chamomile is a multi–action herb that has been used as a medicinal plant for centuries. It works as a natural sleep support to calm feelings of worry, anxiety and overwhelm.
Withania – Withania is one of the most traditionally used herbs in India and growing increasingly popular among Western herbal practitioners. It works to restore an overstimulated nervous system and build healthy sleep patterns.
Hops – Hops has an instant calming action on an overactive nervous system. This helps you to relax and unwind.
Each mL of this product contains herbal extract equivalent to dry:
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) Flower - 115 mg
Withania (Withania somnifera) Root & Leaves - 50 mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus) Strobile/Fruit - 25 mg

Shake well before use.
Can be given undiluted or added to your child’s formula. One to two doses 1 hour before bed. May repeat one dose during the night on waking.
