PEA (Palmitoylethanolamide) is an endogenous fatty acid amide produced naturally in the body in response to injury and stress.

It is found in lipid extracts of foods and plants such as egg yolk, peanuts and soybeans, as well as in human body organs and fluids including blood.

Curcuminoids (curcumin extracted from Tumeric) are the active ingredient of turmeric, pure turmeric itself contains less than 5% curcumin. As such turmeric and standard curcuminoid extracts are poorly absorbed by the body, hence rapidly eliminated. Therefore, increasing absorption is key to unlocking the myriad of benefits this powerful anti-inflammatory has to offer.

Piperine (black pepper extract) is added to assist in overcoming absorption issues that Curcumin can have.

Each capsule contains:
PEA (Palmioylethanolamide) 150 mg
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) powder extract 150 mg
equivalent to 3,750 mg dried Turmeric root
equivalent to 142.5 mg Curcuminoids
Piperine 5 mg

Dosage

Adults and children 12+:
Acute: Two capsules twice daily, or as advised by your health
professional.
Maintenance: Two capsules daily.
