      Take this herbal sleep aid 30 minutes before bed for a better night’s sleep.  Here are a few situations where Sound Asleep may help you: 

      1. You are going through a tough time in life and dealing with emotional and mental stress.
      2. You prefer natural sleep aids over standard pharmaceutical alternatives.
      3. You have a very demanding job that’s affecting your mental health and ability to sleep. 
      4. You have struggled with sleep issues such as insomnia for a long time.
      5. You are a new mother whose baby is keeping you up. We’d recommend a lighter dose of 5mL in this scenario so you can fall asleep but also be instantly alert when your baby needs you.  

      Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours or preservatives.  No added gluten, yeast or dairy derivatives.  Contains alcohol.

      Ingredients

      Primary active ingredients

      Withania (also known as Ashwagandha) – An effective adaptogen, Withania restores an overwhelmed body and mind, and re-establishes healthy sleep/wake cycles. This herb also acts as a support during exhaustion, and recovery.

      Passionflower – Encourages a sense of calm and relaxation. It helps counteract physical and emotional stress to enable restful sleep onset and maintenance.

      Skullcap – A nervine tonic, nourishing the nervous system and acting as mild sedative for a restful sleep.

      Dosage

      Adults and children over 12 yrs: 10 - 15mL
      Children 6 to 12 yrs: 3.5 - 7.5mL
      Take half an hour before bedtime. Dilute in 30mL of water or juice, and drink immediately.
