Ingredients

Each 5mL of this certified organic product contains:


Sambucus nigra (Elderflower) dry flower extract 1.15mL (derived from 575mg dry flower).
Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) dry root extract 1.1mL (derived from 550mg dry root).
Mentha X piperita (Peppermint) dry leaf extract 0.5mL (derived from 250mg dry leaf).
Plantago lanceolata (Ribwort) fresh leaf extract 1.5mL (derived from 750mg fresh leaf).
In a base of purified water, apple (juice concentrate) and ethanol.
Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

Dosage

Adults and children over 12 yrs: 5-10 mL
Children 6 to 12 yrs: 1.5-5 mL
Take 3 times daily. Dilute in 30 mL of water or juice, and drink immediately.
