    Ingredients

    Each 5mL contains:
    Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root extract 5mL (derived from 2.5g dry root).
    In a base of purified water and ethanol.
    Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

    Dosage

    Adults over 18 years
    Nervous tension: Take 5 mL up to three times daily, or as advised by your health professional.

    Sleeplessness: Take 5-10 mL one hour before bed, or as advised by your health professional.

    Take undiluted, or dilute in a small amount (30 mL) of water or juice and drink immediately.
