Wild cherry (Prunus serotina) Bark - 100 mg
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) Herb - 82.5 mg
Elecampane (Inula helenium) Root - 75 mg
Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) Herb - 50 mg
White horehound (Marrubium vulgare) Herb - 50 mg

In a base of Mānuka Honey, Glycerol, Purified Water, Ethanol, Peppermint Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Rosemary Oil, Natural Orange Flavour, Citric Acid and Menthol.

Sambucus nigra (Elderflower) dry flower extract 1.15mL (derived from 575mg dry flower).
Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) dry root extract 1.1mL (derived from 550mg dry root).

How to use the Adults Winter Protocol

Suggested timing:

Dual-Action Chest & Lung Support, morning, mid-morning, early afternoon, evening and before bed to maintain consistent support throughout the day. Take 5 mL 2-4 times daily and 10 mL 1-2 times in the evening when coughs or chest congestion develop.
Organic De-Stuff, morning, midday and evening to maintain consistent support throughout the day. Take 5-10 mL up to 3 times daily to relieve sinus pressure, a blocked nose or congestion.
Herbal Throat Spray use as needed throughout the day and night. Take 5 -10mL up to 3 times daily to relieve sinus pressure, a blocked nose or congestion. Use 4 sprays, every 1-2 hours as needed.

Duration:

Use Dual-Action Chest & Lung Support and Organic De-Stuff while symptoms are present or until bottles are finished. Use Herbal Throat Spray as needed for symptomatic relief.

Our family has used this for years. Nothing else we have come across comes close to the efficacy of this product. Use it as soon as you feel that sore throat coming on and it seems to stop any worsening of symptoms.

A near total cure in a week from cough that had plagued me for 3 months.

Last Friday I was suffering from the spasmodic productive cough that had plagued me for 3 months. I started taking this syrup, and the cough got even worse, and my nose started running like a tap. But I went on taking the syrup, and by midday Sunday the nose had dried up and the cough was much less. Since then, still a bit of mucus, but no spasmodic coughing. I fell I'm just about cured.

I don't use lozenges anymore

I don't use lozenges anymore ... so great at night, when u don't want to be drinking sweet things or be sucking on lozenges

We take this in the evening before bed

Been using the KiwiHerb Dual action chest and lung support for nearly two weeks. It does ease my coughing and I do cough up quite a bit of phlegm.
Every time I use the spray I end up having a coughing fit .
I was hoping the Dual action would kill off the cough as I’ve had it for nearly two months . I’ll finish this bottle and then have a think about reordering. Your product did take while to get to me
