Withania – Withania is one of the most traditionally used herbs in India and growing increasingly popular among Western herbal practitioners. It works to restore an overstimulated nervous system and build healthy sleep patterns.

Hops – Hops has an instant calming action on an overactive nervous system. This helps you to relax and unwind.

Each mL of this product contains herbal extract equivalent to dry:
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) Flower - 115 mg
Withania (Withania somnifera) Root & Leaves - 50 mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus) Strobile/Fruit - 25 mg

Dosage

Shake well before use.

Bedtime Bliss can be given undiluted or added to your child's drink. Give one to two doses an hour before bed. It is also safe to repeat one dose during the night if your child wakes up.

0-1 year - 0.5 mL
Children:
1-2 years - 2 mL
2-3 years - 3 mL
3-5 years - 4 mL
5+ years - 5 mL
